                            Lisbon, and now wish to further show their 
                            admiration for the brilliant feat of the U.S. 
                            Naval Aviation, accomplished under your 
                            courageous and skillful guidance. The Committee 
                            sends its congratulations to your colleagues 
                            also, and express the wish that you and the crew 
                            of N.C. 4 may visit Paris from England. It would 
                            be a pleasure for the Foreign Service Committee 
                            of the Aero Club of America to arrange a banquet 
                            in your honor, inviting the aviation authorities 
                            among our friends and allies to cooperate in
