Hello Ben,

Several weeks ago I read of your promotion by Pres. Eisenhower. Gee, I thought it was a great honor - and certainly wish you lots of success. 

Are you stationed on the west coast or in Japan? I may go to California next summer - Really can't make up my mind - I'd like to visit Mexico also - Have you ever spent a vacation in Mexico? Last summer I went to Portugal, Spain - North Africa -
