States that he was counsel for Robert Davis freedman convicted of burglary and sentenced to death, according to the laws of the State, recommends that the prisoner be pardoned, and sent out of the State.

Enclosed are copies of the ^[[indictment]] Minute Docket & Statement of different parties relative to the case of Rob't Davis.
