Indictment Burglary
The Prisoner Robt. Davis being brought to the bar here in his own proper person in custody of the Sheriff, and being asked, how he will aquit himself of the premise charged upon him — Saith he is not Guilty, therefore and for his trial puts himself upon the County, therefore let a jury come here by whom the truth of the matter may be known, whether the said Robert Davis be guilty of the Felony, and Burglary as charged in the bill of indictment or not guilty.

Indictment Burglary
The Prisoner Robert Davis (of color) being put to the bar for his trial the following Jury of good and lawful men are chosen tried and sworn to wit:— Thos Buchannon, O Thos Case, Jesse Case, C. M. Tucker, Jas Gant, John L. Ogbern James Massey, John M. Bralock, Wm Gray James Lebieter, H. C. Lamb, E. S. Knight who say that they find that the said Robert Davis (of color) is guilty of the Felony and Burglary whereof he stands indicted.
