Burglary

The Prisoner Robt. Davis being put to the bar, it is demand of him, whether he hath anything to say, whereof the Court here ought not, upon the premises and verdict aforesaid proceed to judgement and execution against him, whom nothing further saith, unless heretofore hath saith, whereupon all & singular the premises being seen, and by the Court here fully understood and judgement being prayed. It is considered by the Court that the prisoner Robert Davis be taken back to the jail from whence he came, and that on friday the twenty first day of December A.D. 1866- between the hours of twelve oclk M. and two ock. P.M. if said day, he be taken by the sheriff of Guilford County to the place of public execution for said county, and then hanged by the neck until he be dead.
