Garmans Are Hosts At Cocktail Party

Colonel and Mrs. Ralph Garman were hosts at cocktails Wednesday evening at the Tokyo Officers' Open Mess at Pershing Heights.

Princess Chichibu, Prince and Princess Takamatsu and Prince Mikasa were guests of honor at a dinner given by the Chinese Ambassador and Mrs. Hollington Tong at the Chinese Embassy Residence Wednesday evening.
