Two NWA Visitors Feted by Kinports

Honoring Mr. Frank C. Judd, Vice-President, Operations and Engineering, NWA, and Mr. James W. Mariner, Vice-President in Charge of Sales who have arrived in Tokyo on the inaugural turbo-Constellation flight on March 6, Mr. L. B. Kinports, Vice-President, Orient Region, NWOA, gave an informal luncheon at the Imperial Hotel Tuesday.

Among the guests were the U.S. Ambassador Mr. John M. Allison, Transportation Minister Takeo Miki, the ROK Minister Mr. Kim Yong Shik, Mr. L. W. Taylor, U.S. Consul General; Mr. Frank A. Waring, U.S. Embassy counsellor; Mr. M. Araki, Director of Japan Civil Aviations Bureau; Rear Adm. Harry B. Temple, deputy chief of staff administration, Hq. UNC, and Hq. FEC; Brig. Gen. Benjamin O. Davis, Director of Operations and Training, FEAF; Col. W. H. Brandon, Commander Hq. 1503 Air Transport Wing, Pacific Division, Tokyo International Airport, and Mr. H. J. Carrick, chief advisor, CAA, Department of Commerce.
