Dear General Wang:

I desire to express to you my sincere appreciation for the services of Lt Colonel Yang Chia Liang whom you assigned as liaison officer to my command. Lt Colonel Yang has always made himself available in a cheerful, willing, and efficient manner to carry out all duties I and subordinate officers of this organization have assigned him. In my opinion, Lt Colonel Yang is a fine officer, who is deserving of appropriate recognition for his service.
