HEADQUARTERS COMBAT AIR COMMAND, CHINESE AIR FORCE KUNG-KWANG, TAIPEI, TAIWAN 4 April 1957 Dear General Davis, I am so much delighted to receive the beautiful gifts which you sent to me for my birthday yesterday. Thank you very much. It made me an extra share of happiness on my birthday this year. During the past months when you assumed the command of the ATF 13P. here you and your men have given us a lot of help, and CAC has gained very much profit of it. But now you have to leave us for your new assignment and we all feel sorry for this. I wish you have the tail wind home and great success in the future. Also I wish our long standing friendship will last many years to come. Mrs. Loh and I myself sent my best wishes to you and Mrs. Davis and look forward to see you in the near future. Sincerely yours Y. T. Loh Major General, CAF Commanding General, CAC
