New York, except that the Smithsonian Institution will reimburse the Administrator for its pro-rata share of the cost of utilities, maintenance, cleaning, and other services and the full cost of any repairs or alterations requested by the Smithsonian Institution.

(b) The administrator in providing such space shall consider existing federal needs in such building and any space provided shall be in such amounts as may be agreed to between the Administrator and the Smithsonian Institution. Any space provided by the Administrator to the Smithsonian Institution under this provision shall be used for the purposes of the George Gustav Heye Center of the National Museum of the American Indian.

(c) Appropriations to the General Services Administration are authorized to reimburse the fund established by 40 U.S.C.490(f) for the difference between the amount charged under this provision and the commercial charge normally required by 40 U.S.C.490(j).

Sec. 202. There is authorized to be appropriated to the General Services Administration not to exceed $25,000,000 from revenues and collections deposited into the fund established pursuant to section 210(f) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C.490(f)) for the repair and alteration of the Old United States Custom House at One Bowling Green in the City of New York, except for such portions of the building assigned by the General Services Administration to the Smithsonian Institution under terms and
