NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of an order of the above named Superior Court in the above entitled matter duly given and made the 12th day of June, 191, the undersigned, E. F. May, Executor of the last will of Mary H. Eldredge, deceased, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder and subject to confirmation of said Superior Court on the 12th day of July, 1911, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M. of said day at the front door of the Court house at the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, all the right, title, interest and estate which said deceased had in the following described real property in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, at the time of of her death, and all the right, title and interest and estate, which the undersigned as such Executive has acquired therein since the death of the said deceased, to wit:
Lots Nos. 124, 128, 129 and 150, being a portion of the Rancho Paso de Robles as laid down and delineated on a map of the subdivisions of said Rancho Paso de Robles made by R. H. Harris and George Story, Surveyors, in the year 1886, reference being hereby made to the copy of said map filed by the West Coast Land Company, a corporation, in the office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, and to the field notes from which said map is compiled for further and more particular description of said lots.
The terms and conditions of sale:  Cash in gold coin of the United States, ten per cent thereof to be paid upon acceptance of bid, and the balance upon confirmation of sale by said Court and delivery of deed.
