Prizes Offered for Best Posters Advertising Dayton's Air Meet

A poster contest is in progress under sponsorship of The Dayton Herald, and the best productions will be used in advertising the air meet August 4 and 5 at the Vandalia Airport, also known as Dayton municipal Airport.

The air meet will take place under the co-direction of the Women's Aeronautical association and the Ninety-Nine, a group made up of licensed women pilots.

The program will include races and stunting as well as other flying events. Among well-known women pilots to participate are Margaret Perry Cooper, Ruth Nichols, [[pencil underlined]] Manila Davis [[/pencil underlined]] and Amelia Earhart.

Twelve prizes are to be accorded those who make the best posters advertising the races. The first eight are to be as follows: First, $7; second, $5; third, $3;
