At no time shall persons or property be carried in a licensed aircraft piloted y the holder hereof, except a bona fide instructor assigned by the person or company with whom the student is enrolled.

Your attention is called to Section 47 of the Air Commerce Regulations which prohibits any but licensed Transport Pilots for instruction in licensed aircraft for hire.
