SUBJECT: Orders.

TO: Major Thomas DeW. Milling, Air Corps, 
Office, Chief of the Air Corps.

1. Under authority contained in paragraph 2c. (4) Army Regulations 35-4890, dated March 8, 1926, you will proceed, by rail, from Washington, D.C., to Langley Field, Hampton, Va., on or about December 15, 1928, for the purpose of attending a conference with the Commandant, Air Corps Tactical School, and upon completion, return, by rail, to your proper station, Washington, D.C.

2. Travel by rail is a proper charge to AC 1 P 5040 A 80-9 and travel directed is necessary in the military service.
