1. In case the enemy air force is defeated.
a. Aerial bombardment of hostile airdromes, hangars and aircraft on the ground.
b. Bombardment of shipping, debarkation point, troops and supplies.
c. Reconnaissance of damaged areas and retreating forces.
d. Bombardment of main hostile fleet to extent of cruising radius of our bombardment planes - two hundred miles.

2. In case our air force is defeated.
a. Withdrawal of remainder of force to Oahu.
b. Protection of Oahu airdromes by pursuit and land organizations.
