IV. PLAN OF RECONNAISSANCE

A. FIRST PHASE.
1. Reconnaissance of sea.
a. Reconnoiter every three hours. (See blueprint attached.)
b. Look for enemy aircraft, surface craft and submarines.
c. Report types, number, disposition and direction movement.
d. Make photographs.
e. Report direct to Air Force PC.

B. SECOND PHASE.
1. Reconnaissance of adjacent islands.
a. Reconnoiter every three hours.
