2. After contact with the enemy fleet is made it will be maintained thereafter day and night. 
3. Information of strength, disposition and movement will be transmitted via radio, to Air Force PC. This information will be supplemented by written observers' reports and photographs dispatched to Air Force PC via courier plane. 
4. Seaward surveillance patrols will maintain contact with designated objectives. An altitude at the ceiling will be maintained to insure freedom from hostile pursuit. 
5. Information will be transmitted via radio, written reports and photographs. 
6. Observation from other islands will continue until the main force of the energy is discovered. 
7. All observation planes will be equipped with cameras.
