(c) Delivery of food and water to troops on the march and isolated troops.

(e) Delivery of ammunition and ordnance supplies to troops in any position over any distance.
(f) To transport ground troops in a minimum of time over any distance.
(g) General utility and service.
6. Personal Communications.
a. Personal communications consist of personal liaison which is being carried on by the Air Service through liaison officers.
b. In the event of an attack on the Hawaiian Islands, the method of establishing liaison will be as follows:
