4. The tactical units stationed at Camp Nichols requisition direct on the Philippine Air Depot for equipment and supplies required by the respective units. 

b. Shipments.

1. Shipments of Air Service property for the tactical units at Clark and Kindley Fields are made to the Air Service Property Officers at the respective fields by the Philippine Air Depot. 

2. Shipments of Air Service property for the tactical units at Camp Nichols are made direct to the units by the Philippine Air Depot. 

3. Due to the limited storage facilities at Camp Nichols, the Supply Officer of the 66th Service Squadron will be unable to function properly until the erection of the steel hangars for the Philippine Air Depot which will release the wooden buildings for his use which are now used by the depot. At that time, shipments at Camp Nichols will be made by the Philippine Air Depot thru the Service Squadron to the units in accordance with established practice in the United States.

4.  Shipments of Air Service property from the United States are made by the Rockwell Air Intermediate Depot unless supply
