   3. Wire communications are at present classified under two headings:

     1. Actual
     2. Contemplated 
        (a) The Telephone (wire)

   Actual wire communications consist of a central station on each airdrome with a direct trunk from Luke Field to Department Headquarters and from Wheeler Field to the Divisional Headquarters Station, with sufficient circuits to insure communication with:
   (a) The Command
   (b) The Infantry
   (c) The Artillery
   (d) Other Air Service Units

   The telephone is used to communicate with:
   (a) The Department Air Officer
   (b) Corps, Division and Brigade P.C.'s
   (c) Corps, Division Artillery P.C.'s
   (d) Artillery Battalions, Batteries and C.P.'s (Through fire control systems)
   (e) Other Air Service Units
