   1. The radio telephone is used for terrestrial communications between Airdromes, Balloon Installations, Artillery and Infantry P.C.'s, and Command Posts of Central Commands. 

   2. The radio telephone for aerial communications is used by:
  (a) Airplanes, inter-plane and flight communications.
  (b) Airplane and Infantry units for Infantry Missions.
  (c) Airplane and Artillery units for fire control.
  (d) Airplane and Command Posts for Command and reconnaissance Missions. 
  (e) Airplane and Airdrome for information.
   3. Wireless stations in this Department are grouped into a Department or Corps radio not composed of: (Diagram attached hereto)
  (a) Corps or Department Headquarters Station (Ft. Shafter).
  (b) Division Headquarters Station (Schofield).
  (c) Luke Field (Ford's Island).
  a. This radio will not function in conjunction with the Department wire system and will function alone in case of wire failure.
  b. No provisions have been made to extend the net to other Islands. It is suggested and recommended that the Air Service
