(k) Airdromes will be equipped with large arrows pointing in the direction of airways. The names of all towns will be painted in prominent colors on some large building in each town, with an arrow pointing in the direction of airways and a mark indicating the true North.

(l) All advance airdromes and lighthouse observation posts will be connected with the wire system and radio net of the Central Command on [[?]].

(m) In case of wire or radio failure, courier planes will be utilized to transmit information from observation posts and airdromes to the Central Command.

(n) Having established contact with the enemy, observation and surveillance will be constantly maintained. In case it becomes necessary to evacuate an advance airdrome, radio and wire communications will be removed or destroyed, and all planes except those necessary to maintain contact will return to the home airdrome.

(o) In case of defeat of our Air Force, all supplies, radio nets and wire systems on other islands will be removed or destroyed. All planes will return to Oahu.
