A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Urban Renewal and Rehabilitation starts with people; not with bricks and mortar. We have developed a concept that we believe will point the way to an effective process of rehabilitation of both places and people.

To create new housing without furnishing the wherewithal to sustain it is folly; and perpetuates a welfare state, a state of subservience. The great tragedy of this approach is that it misses the opportunity to produce a pride of accomplishment in indigenous people through community participation in rebuilding a decadent environment.

We present with pride, an organization composed of men who have supervised and built over a Hundred Million Dollars worth of construction projects. We have acquired only the finest construction and administrative talents in the country. These men - long hidden in large corporations and governmental agencies, their credentials and accomplishments are detailed in the resumes contained in this brochure. Our appetite for this kind of talent is virtually insatiable.

Furthermore, we intend to utilize the skills of those people who are indigenous to the areas to be rehabilitated. We encourage the participation of businessmen, community leaders and laymen in addition to sub-contractors, architects, legal minds, etc., who are available and competent in their profession and sincerely interested in the development of their communities. We feel that they will furnish the leadership in obtaining the untapped labor force of tradesmen, brick layers, electricians, laborers, mason tenders, as well as engineers and architects.

We look forward to functioning with church and community groups and hope to join with them in creating decent housing, community facilities and pointing the way towards participation in the many City, State, and Federal programs that have been set up to remove the blight in our urban core, the ghetto, or Central City.

Of course we're in this business for profit and the cold logic of business drives us to accomplish our goal - to share in the construction dollar which was $74 billion last year. However, to share in the economy of this nation, we feel is a positive approach towards solution of social problems in a capitalistic system.

Our bondability at this point is large enough to handle any project now envisioned and our credit rating attests to our sound financial structure. We feel our rapid growth will be enhanced by not only the individual talents projected herein, but by the use of such sophisticated equipment as our computing system which we are programming to handle not only critical path planning, estimating, billings, requisitioning and payrolls, but other special administrative aids that greatly increase our efficiency in handling your projects, and concurrently, reduce our overhead wo that it will reflect in savings to our clients.

We are here to serve you. Our staff of construction experts welcomes the opportunity to competitively offer our financial, and technical capabilities and our social awareness for the building of better communities and a greater nation.

Sincerely,
