Inez Yeargan Kaiser is presently owner of Inez Kaiser & Associates, a public relations firm specializing in the Ethnic market.

A native Kansas Citian, she taught school there for 22 years after receiving a B.S. Degree in Home Economics from Kansas State Teachers College and an M.S. Degree in the same field from Columbia University in New York. Mrs. Kaiser has had training in merchandising, marketing and market research at Rockhurst College and Chicago University.

Internationally known as a home economist, she has just published her first cookbook "Soul Food Cookery".. Mrs. Kaiser speaks and writes with authority to the Negro market and is a syndicated columnist.

Cited on numerous occasions for her outstanding contributions in the fields of home economics and public relations, she is listed in the 1968 editions of Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the Midwest.
