"The Edge of Night" and "Love of Life."  In films, she appeared with Sammy Davis in "A Man Called Adam."

In addition to her broadcasting career, Mrs. Huggins has been a spokeswoman at the International Auto Show, and a nurse at both Bellevue and Flower-Fifth Avenue Hospitals in New York City. While working at Flower-Fifth Avenue, Edith Huggins - the registered nurse who graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Education from New York State University - gained national headlines when she doubled as a union actress and unofficial technical consultant for NBC's "The Doctors." Mrs. Huggins is currently enrolled at Temple University in pursuit of her Masters Degree in communications.

Mrs. Huggins and her two children reside in Philadelphia, PA.
