Williams, left, district manager of Somerset Importers, Ltd., and Byron Jutovsky, general sales manager of Bohemian Distributing Co. Mr. Capra received a handsome walnut and wrought iron plaque, bearing the familiar Johnnie Walker figure with his golden monocle, and an embossed parchment Golden Monocle Club membership scroll for his outstanding achievements in the fields of food and beverage service, the tasteful furnishings and quaint atmosphere of The Red Lantern Inn which he designed and built 14 years ago, and for his exceptional merchandising abilities. Mr. Capra's superb managerial ability is attested to by the fact that well over half of his 45 employees have remained with him for more than five years. He has had the same chef for 13 years, his manager for nine years, and three waitresses for more than 10 years. This outstanding record reflects Mr. Capra's stature with his employees as well as with his many loyal customers. Mr. Capra pours Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch Whiskey in his well and states that his "total Scotch sales have increased since use of this high quality product."
