LEON J. QUEEN, associate
Mr. Queen was educated at the University of Tokyo and Columbia University. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree, and has been director of a successful Harlem-based local development and social development organizations.

DONALD M. SIMMONS, president
Mr. Simmons has been executive director of a noted community economic development corporation in New York City; regional manager for a major American oil company in Africa; legislative assistant to a United States Senator and lecturer with the American Management Association. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

ALBERT L. BROADY, associate
Mr. Broady has been deputy director of a major urban economic development corporation, in addition to founding his own company for distributing educational books to anti-poverty organizations. He has had several years of sales and marketing experience, and was educated at the City College of New York.
