An after-convention tour to Ethiopia and Liberia was taken by a group of Doctors and their families to witness the inauguration of Mr. Tolbert, the new president of the Republic of Liberia; and to be granted an official audience with his "Imperial Majesty" Emperor Selassie of Ethiopia. The delegation was headed by Dr. and Mrs. Lesley Alexander of Brooklyn, N.Y. During the tour, an inspection of medical services in Nigeria was also included.
