PURPOSE

The purpose of this conference is to bring our brothers and sisters together in an atmosphere of brotherly cooperation and acquaint them with the techniques and skills necessary in establishing our own Black institutions. Under the theme, Nation-Building Time, we will be examining the practice of social work and relating it to the context of our theme. This conference will be unique in that it will be action oriented.

NOTE: Workshops will be divided into four series:

1) Theory and Discussion
2) Theory and Discussion/visual aids
3) On-site visits to the Black Community
4) Summary and methods of implementing resolutions
