[[caption]] A CONGRESSIONAL BREAKFAST was the final event of the national annual convocation of Opportunities Industrialization Centers (OIC) in Washington, D.C. recently. A number of industries sponsored events during the four-day meetings at the Sheraton Park Hotel. Gulf Oil Corporation hosted the breakfast which was attended by OIC community leaders and nearly 100 members of Congress. Among those on the program were, left to right, William L. Henry, executive vice president of Gulf; Roy Kohler, Gulf Manager-Community Relations; Rev. Leon H. Sullivan, founder and chairman of OIC and Senator Edward Brooke who presided at the breakfast.
