Carl Moultrie, their former National Secretary, who was appointed a Federal Judge. In the picture (pic 1) is James Avery, National Prexy of Omega Psi Phi; Judge Moultrie; Dr. Thomas Carter, Grand Hallmark of Kappa Alpha Psi, who came to bring greetings from the Kappas, and Marion W.
