Three former American Olympic champions recently attended the kick-off celebration of Cinzano's Olympia Information Center during the 1972 Olympics in Munich. From the left: Herbert Douglas, Jr., Vice President, Special Markets of Schieffelin & Co., who was in Munich during the Olympics specifically promoting Cinzano Italian Sweet Vermouth and Cinzano Extra Dry French Vermouth; Jack Kelly, president of the American Athletic Union and a winner of the 1948, 1952 and 1956 Olympic sculling bronze medal; John Woodruff, 1936 800-meter Olympic champion; and none other than Jesse Owens, winner of four gold medals for sprinting in the 1936 Berlin Olympics.
