By the efforts of Black School Board Members on the floor of the Delegate Assembly, several other anti-Black resolutions were not adopted as National School Boards Association policies.

COOPERATING RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE NATIONAL SCHOOL BOARDS ASSOCIATION

"The National School Boards Association Board of Directors is required to continue to provide a level of funding to the National School Boards Association of Human Resources and Minority Affairs which is not less than the most recently budget amount and which will enable it to expand its services.

"To ensure the greatest possibility of success of this office, the National School Boards Association Executive Committee is requested at an early date to review, in consultation with the leadership of the Black Caucus and other minority member groups, the organization of the office."
