Sigma Gamma Rho has grown to represent more than 25,000 members in more than 225 alumnae and undergraduate chapters in the United States, Africa and Bermuda.

Sigma Gamma Rho is a nonprofit, collegiate Sorority dedicated to the encouragement and promotion of high scholastic attainment, community service and improvement of the quality of our lives and the society in which we live. Its slogan, "Greater Service, Greater Progress," serves as a foundation for its objectives, projects and activities.

The organization's structure includes Chapters, Areas, Regions and the National Headquarters. Its official publication is THE AURORA.
