The 34th National Convention of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., a Public Service Sorority, will be held in Denver, Colorado, August 6-12, 1977.

The Sessions will be held at the Denver Convention Complex at Denver’s Downtown Convention Triangle. More than 5,000 delegates from 575 chapters and 1,000 visitors are expected. Of this number, a very large attendance is located on the campuses of Universities and College throughout the country, as well as delegates from chapters in foreign countries.

The program emphases will include NEW DECISIONS AND NEW DIRECTIONS in the areas of Economic Development; Assertive Training; Career Development and Job Mobility; Management Technology; Communications and Public Relations; Consumer Rights and Advocacy; Civil Liberties; Legislation and Implementation. These will be developed in seven (7) Theme Skills Building Blocks through Seminars, Workshops and Forums.
