Fannie Pettie, now Mrs. John C. Watts, is a social worker in Brooklyn, New York.  However, she was born near the eastern extremity of the southern part of our country, at Perry, Georgia.  Her parents were Attorney Foster B. pettie and Fannie Rollins Pettie.

Flushing, Ohio, was the birthplace of Viola Tyler-Goings, who, at the end of her high school career, became a coed at Howard University.  She was graduated from that institution.

Myrtle Tyler, like her sister (Viola Tyler), was born in Flushing, Ohio.  Upon receiving her diploma from high school, she matriculated at and was graduated from Howard University.
