Beryl Robichaud (Mrs. Arthur B. Collins), New York City, senior vice president, McGraw-Hill, Inc.  Award was presented by: John H. Filer, chairman, Aetna Life and Casualty Company.

Felice N. Schwartz, president and founder of Catalyst, stated that these women who serve on corporate boards were honored for outstanding achievement in their diverse fields and as representatives of the 252 women who currently serve on the boards of 299 of the top 1300 companies.

Catalyst, in existence since 1962, is the national non-profit organization committed to advancing women as a profitable resource for business and industry. Donald V. Seibert, chairman of the board of J. C. Penney Company, Inc., is Catalyst's board chairman.
