these members of the “now” generation earnestly believe that the hopes of Blacks depend upon black resourcefulness to blend into every aspect of American life, through education, personal achievement and preparedness in their chosen fields of endeavor which make them competitive to all in their communities; as they go about solving our social, political and economic life as they proceed up the corporate ladder.

Persons presented here are examples of those gains made during the turbulent sixties. Their advent in the corporate world is a result of the sixties, but their progress and upward mobility in the corporate structure was because of education and preparedness. Their ability to remain in the corporate world
