At a fund-raising luncheon at the William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh recently, Mr. Lee asked Pittsburgh industrialists to contribute toward a goal of $100,000 to help the training center for underprivileged persons. OIC Executive Director Elmer Williams, upper left, said the local chapter had been strengthened by the addition of a number of Pittsburgh industrialists on the Board. The businessmen heard a talk by Thacher Longstreth, president of the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia and one of the organizers of the national OIC (upper left and left).
