A blood screening program, similar to the one above held recently in Kansas City, Mo., will be a part of the Imperial Council session in NYC, August 1979.

A part of the crowd of some 5,000 youths expected at the Imperial Council session in NYC, NY in August of 1979 is seen at the 1978 session, held recently in Kansas City, Missouri. A viable youth program is an ongoing project of PH Shriners, worldwide. Noble Rufus Mitchell of Mecca Temple 10, Washington D.C., is head of this group.

Young ladies, between the ages of 11-18, will be seen in action as members of a drill patrol team, sponsored by Temples and Courts. The drill patrol team shown in this photo was one of the top winners of trophies and prizes at the 1977-78 session, held recently in Kansas City, Missouri.
