[[caption]] ROY E. MINGO: has been named manager of flight service directors at American Airlines, it was announced by Daniel F. Murphy, vice president-passenger services. 

Mingo is based at the airline's terminal at Kennedy International Airport. He is in charge of 24 full-time flight service directors -- and as many as 35 in the summer season. [[/caption]]
