DEAR OLE' MOREHOUSE

Your host for this occasion the Morehouse College Brooklyn -- Queens -- Long Island Alumni Association extends a warm welcome to you on the occasion of the 1978 Annual Big "M" Awards Soiree, and to thank you for your patronage of this event. The "M" of course, stands for Morehouse. If there is further question, the "Big" means great, which is also synonymous with Morehouse. If there is further question, obviously you are not a Morehouseman, and evidently don't know one.

The Morehouse Brooklyn -- Queens -- Long Island Alumni Association founded in 1972 to serve the need of the growing number of Morehousemen of the Island in New York. Morehousemen through the years have been traditionally bound in ties more brotherly. However, suburban brothers are less likely to take the trek to the City to manifest their ties, thus the MCBQLIAA.

K.D. Reddick, Jr. was elected its founding president. MCBQLIAA got off with a bang (how else with Morehousemen) strongly buttressed by a dedicated, loyal, intensely interested, hardworking, driving lady contingent (as only the
