ICBO is a national voluntary agency devoted to bringing private sector resources to bear for minority business development. It is an advocate of the free enterprise system to minorities and an advocate of minority enterprise to corporate America. Its main services to start and expand minority-owned ventures are business feasibility studies; structuring financing requirements and securing financing; and providing ongoing operations and marketing development assistance.
