From the Desk of the National President...

The Links, Inc. is proud of its commitment and action in supporting the many organizations, educational institutions and programs that have goals which parallel our own. The tangible support, especially for an organization the size of ours, is outstanding.

United Negro College Fund $500,000

NAACP $ 75,000

NAACP Legal Defense Fund $112,000

Sickle Cell Research
   Howard University $ 22,500
   Meharry Medical College $ 22,500

National Urban League $100,000

John Work Foundation $ 10,000

Special Projects $ 30,000

These accomplishments are by no means the extent of the Links, Inc. involvement in the black community. One hundred and seventy three local chapters, in addition to supporting the National Grant-In-Aid program, support, contribute to and sponsor hundreds of endeavors each year...all of this in support of our goal to "improve the quality of life by linking Leadership and services to meet the challenge of community and national needs."
