Newly elected Imperial Potentate, Harry F. Smith of Toledo, Ohio and newly elected Imperial Commandress Dt. Dorothy M. Jenkins-Scott of Detroit, congratulate Miss Marylene Rene Smith, 20-year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Morton Smith, Sacramento, Calif., the new National "MISS PRINCE HALL SHRINE QUEEN" for 1980-81. She received nearly $4,000 in educational scholarship funds to attend a school of her choice.[[/caption]]
