MYRNA ANDERSON
Manager, In-flight Supervision
Eastern Airlines, Atlanta Airport[[/caption]]

MYRNA ANDERSON has transferred to Atlanta to manage Eastern Airlines' in-flight supervisors.
Ms. Anderson is one of two managers responsible for 22 in-flight supervisors and 1,750 flight attendants based in Atlanta, the largest flight attendant crew base on Eastern's system, said Henry J. Slager, manager in-flight services in Atlanta.
Mrs. Anderson joined Eastern in 1970 in Newark, N.J., where she was a flight attendant. Since then she has held positions of increasing importance including supervisor, F/A base training instructor and senior instructor Management Training & Development. She was promoted to manager of in-flight services in Miami in 1978. Prior to joining Eastern she was a stewardess for Southern Airways.
Ms. Anderson holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Tallmadge College and has done graduate work in human resources at Nova University.
A native of Princeton, N.J., she is the daughter of Albert E. Hinds of Princeton and stepdaughter of Dr. Inez Hinds of Talladega. Ms. Anderson has served as vice president of the Atlanta Chapter of the Talladega College Alumni and treasurer of Talladega College Southern Regional Alumni. She lives in College Park.
