Since then, the program has grown to include students from Chicago, Atlanta, and Los Angeles. In 1982, there will be a total of 16 scholars attending schools such as: Northeastern; William & Mary; Cornell; University of Illinois; Morehouse; Morris Brown; Clark; Columbia; California State; William Patterson and UCLA. These scholars are outstanding examples of the Jackie Robinson Foundation/Chesebrough-Pond's commitment to developing the potential of minority and disadvantaged youths. 48
