Two U.S. soldiers from a color guard yesterday around the casket of former boxer heavyweight boxing champion, Joe Louis, in the sports pavilion at Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas. The retired ring great died of a heart attack last Sunday at the age of 66. President Reagan has ordered that Louis be made an exception to the rules for national heros and be buried in Arlington National Cemetery next Tuesday.
