KENNETH MURPHY
A Human Landmark of My Youth

Kenneth Murphy was one West Indian, who had his own affirmative action plan going for him while we were delivering telephone books at the Y.  Mr. Murphy, was a food salesman who demanded a job in the liquor division of his company when prhibition was repealed and by the strength of his arguments his company could not refuse. Kenneth would simply stage a one man boycott and stopped the flow of goods
