The 1982 conference focused on the changing and challenging demands facing marketers in the new decade. Experts in varying fields of market research, marketing, sales, advertising and public relations in the series of workshops over the three day conference. During the conference, the Black consumer purchasing power was estimated in excess of $140 billion annually in goods and services.
